This pony cart looks very interesting, a cross between a Ralli Car and a Governess Cart with a wicker top. Was it made to order and is it unique? Notice the C springs, which look like they might be Morgan springs to give a particularily comfortable ride. The 12 spoke wheels (few for a Kinross) must be quite small to fit the pony, hence the need for superior springs. The photographs suggest that there might be room for a couple of small passengers sitting sideways in the back. The rear door is quite low for securing children, which is why the handle is positioned low down. The Governess Cart has a similar door.
