“We understand that out townsman, Mr. Henry Kinross has been appointed coachmaker to the Queen for Scotland, and that the warrant to this effect, under the hand and seal of Lord Albermarle, Master of the Horse, has been received by Mr. Kinross. This is a mark of distinction of which Stirling may well be proud; while to Mr. Kinross personally, it must be gratifying to know that his skill and enterprise as a coach-builder, has been appreciated in the highest quarters”.
